What an amazing experience. First of all the customer service and friendliness was exceptional. Well done to all the staff. The vibe is amazing. The layout of the cafe is unique and very comfortable. The food and coffee! What can I say! The eggs Benedict with both salmon and bacon was unreal. The salmon is VERY high quality and the bacon is so tasty. This is honestly up there with being the best eggs Benedict I have had in a very long time. Well done to this cafe!! A must visit if you are in Canberra!

PENNY UNIVERSITY CAFE REVIEWS
Penny University Never disappoints, the decor is comfortable and interesting to look at, the food is amazing, the service is always with a smile. I recently tried their House Made Lemonade with Rosemary and it was delicious! Whether you just want a coffee or a filling meal, this is definately a cafe you have to visit in Kingston.
This is my favourite cafe in Kingston area and I am a regular here. It’s hard running a café business in a post covid world but Penny University has maintained a high level of quality throughout the years. Thanks for all the great memories excellent coffees, food and beyond.
Met with friends at the Penny University Cafe. Their service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Our coffees were perfect flat whites. The Katsu burgers and the Smoked Salmon Poke bowl were delicious. Their menu consists of many tempting dishes. Highly recommend a visit to this cafe. Thanks for an awesome lunch venue.

MOCAN & GREEN GROUT REVIEWS
Great little breakfast spot with a cozy setup. Feels like I’m tucked away in an exotic part of the world. Good coffee and limited but great food options. No fuss on the way your eggs get done. Just on a pan, with fried variations only. For those who like small to moderate breakfasts, this place will pick you up and give you the opportunity to kickstart your daily thoughts. Service was friendly and prompt. The tea, baked eggs and coffee were all excellent. Toilets are in another building nearby. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options on the menu, including the excellent baked eggs dish I enjoyed - a variation on shakshuka. Although lactose free milk was not available, there were several non dairy options. Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly, though pretty cramped inside. Collapsible strollers or outdoor dining would be easiest for young families. Parking: Easy parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Only for outdoor dining today, unless you are collecting takeaway from the window. This place has stairs inside. In summer there are other doors which might be opened for wheelchair access. I'd suggest calling first to check.
I first went here on a Sunday morning - had a most delicious avocado/feta sourdough toast and latte. Each day afterwards on my full week visit I stopped by for a take-away latte. Really enjoyed the place and the staff were always friendly. A morning highlight! Highly recommended.
We had breakfast in this cosy cafe. Staff were very helpful and food was served promptly. Coffee was good.
