Just picked up my car today and I’m very happy with the people that helped me pick the right car. Chris and Ash Crossley who were very helpful, very friendly and very accommodating. They allowed me to take my time into buying and choosing the right car, i felt no pressure at all. They were both very patient???? So happy with my purchase.

We had a wonderful experience looking to buy a car from here - whilst we were all the way in Sydney, Dominic made it very easy to contact and deal with him to show us the car remotely on video calls, answered all our questions and took dozens of photos per my request to re-assure us we were considering a good quality used car. Just had the best experience with Dominic at Ford with Dubbo Automotive. It’s a rare experience for a lot of people to be able to buy a new car which is the case for us. He pulled out all the stops with the cover and bow and made it really special. After hearing horror stories about other dealers having the receptionist just hand the customer the paperwork and keys with a “there you go” I fell like they missed out. Exceptional service from Jason Wallace at Dubbo VW/ Dubbo Automotive. Very happy with my decision to buy a Tiguan from here despite being based in Sydney. Offered a far better price and spec than anything I could find in Sydney, Bathurst or Orange. Jason was up-front and honest, generous with his time, and gave me a very competitive deal. He travelled from Dubbo to Orange twice for me to look at the vehicle and even weeks after buying the car he responded immediately to a minor issue and resolved it for me, covering the cost.
