All of their educators are fully qualified and have varied interests, talents, and skills, allowing them to provide a broad educational experience. Their play-based, stimulating curriculum is based on the Early Years Learning Framework. They also develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths, and with each step, they are ensuring the children are ready to take the big step into schooling. My daughter loves going to Insight Early Learning Southlakes. She has been there since she was 2 year old and still loving there. It’s more than just a place my child goes while I work, it’s like her second family home with lots of friends. Teachers are amazing, friendly, and welcoming. Whether in the younger rooms or preschool rooms they go beyond to make you and your child feel welcomed and supported. When I pickup my daughter in the afternoon, she says “I love going to school” and talks about how her day went with lots of friends. I really appreciate that they ask for children’s individual goals and work on them. It’s great to see my child growing up and learning new things everyday. Very happy to be a part of the Insight family.

Dropping off and picking up my Daughter on at 7.30am and 3.30pm, I have always found the staff to be very polite and welcoming. Daughter is always beyond happy after her day at school, clearly it's a very good space for kids to play, low and learn.

My son and I love our Insight family! Since my son started there since 2 years ago, they have gone above and beyond to cater for my son’s needs. I cannot fault the staff at Insight and I would recommend them to anyone.

Best childcare centre ever! My eldest daughter has been attending since they first opened over a year ago and my youngest has just started. The directors and all the staff are fantastic and I know my girls are in amazing hands and I can drop them off without a worry. The chef prepared meals are incredible and my toddler actually eats vegetables at kindy! We have built connections with so many staff members and my daughter has made so many friends. All the educators are friendly and welcoming and know us all by name.I recommend this centre to everyone.

What a fabulous centre filled with loving caring staff. My third child who is 4 months just began in the nursery and the ladies didn’t skip a beat. I was really concerned as my youngest boy has a fairly early bedtime and sleeps quite well, but they did so well in keeping the routine that works for our busy family. My boy was so happy to be dropped off and content when I picked him up too. I love that I don’t need to pack nappies or food and I even earn rewards on the money I pay to attend. I love the daily photos and updates I get through their app too. All of this makes me feel like I am part of a supportive village. I am quite a fussy person so I don’t recommend anything but the best available and I am very glad I enrolled here. Five stars from me. Thanks ladies – you are saints

Great centre. Beautiful caring staff. Feel comfortable leaving my son here he's very happy everyday I pick him up & has thrived since starting at the centre. The director is great she goes out of her way to help. Highly recommend Imagine. The newly renovated playground is perfect for the kids just like being at a park.

I could not recommend Goodstart Baird Dr enough. We have been with the facility since moving to Dubbo almost 4 years ago and they have always made things easy and care free for us. My kids love going to daycare here and we will always be grateful for all the wonderful staff we have been lucky enough to meet here.

We have been with Goodstart Baird Dr for the last 5 years. The staff are just so lovely and have been so loving and caring toward both my girls. They go above and beyond to ensure the kids feel comfortable and happy and we will sure miss them after next year when my youngest starts big school.

I could not speak more highly of Goodstart Baird Drive. Both of my girls have been in there since a young age, and i have always felt that they are safe and cared for. The staff are some of the most kind and loving people I have met, and I have every bit of faith that my girls are cared for incredibly. I love this centre and how welcoming it is, and i would recommend it to anyone and everyone who is considering daycare in Dubbo. My eldest talks about how all the staff are her best friends, and can't wait to get there everyday to see them, which i think speaks for itself.
