ORANA GARDENS LTD REVIEWS

My Mum was a Resident at Orana Gardens in 2015 and now I visit another Relative and I have found the Staff to be Excellent who care like the Residents and Visitors are one Big Happy Family.

Had a lovely visit with my dad even if we had to meet outdoors and it was raining. They have a lovely covered in gardening area with comfortable outdoor chairs.

Great facility, clean ,well equipped, great staff,activities for the residents, the staff take care of resedents needs.

Opal is an outstanding aged care facility in Dubbo, I can not recommend the team highly enough. The management and staff have created such a loving family atmosphere for the residents. The care and the activities for the residents are personalised and enjoyed by all. I have no doubt, from my experience, if considering Opal, your loved one will be cared for at the highest level in their senior years.

I have had the pleasure of completing a 2 week placement, the environment, atmosphere, all of the staff are so welcoming, approachable and caring. I’ve really enjoyed the 2 weeks I was there, I’m very grateful for their time, patience and the opportunity for me to complete my placement. I would highly recommend any other students and anyone looking for aged care facility.

The experience was wonderful. All the team members where very cooperative. The registered nurses where willing to explain any questions we ask and also ask us question which helps in enhancing our knowledge. The resident's were marvelous, always with a smile on their faces. Opal Aged Care is a very big happy home, happy I was here.

My parent has lived here for about 12 months now. She is always clean, well fed, and lots of activities. When she has been unwell the staff have been fabulous in solving the problems, and she has quickly recovered. Her room is a little small, but is freshly painted, view of the garden and her own ensuite..

Very caring great friendly staff, residents well looked after, very warm and homely. The staff are always smiling, the residents look content...

I highly recommended services is too good and excellent take care..
