Hi Dr. David Amos, We are a family of four who recently moved to Orange from Mongolia. We have two daughters our older daughter is 9, and our younger daughter will be 7 this November. Our younger daughter sometimes experiences a rapid heartbeat when she runs or feels anxious, and she occasionally describes a needle-like pain in her chest.
