These ladies and gents are so amazing! Took my Samsung phone as it had locked me out. It wasn't my fault. They tried lots of things but, had to do a factory reset in the end. They were able to transfer the data from my previous phone that had a broken screen though! The whole thing took a couple of hours and, they were really pleasant and helpful throughout. I couldn't recommend them enough. They will be my point of contact for all phone issues going forward!

Extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to transfer data from my (to my knowledge) dead Samsung fold 4 to my new fold 6. I came back when it had finished and not only was everything done, but they had repaired my old phone in the process and the fee was extremely affordable. Thanks heaps!

This team is AmAzing! I had to replace the tablet that I had bought and the ladies even read my mind and exchanged the cover totally hassle free! Really great service and super lovely staff! Absolutely recommend them.

Andy was the guy who helped me, and made the whole process very straightforward. He is a credit to this company.
