Good operators but too expensive. Give 5 stars for there work, but there costings are ridiculous. I utilised Integral Cairns approx bit over 2 years back for after hours call out on Sat night. Kevin came out was brilliant operator. Got the bill hours accurate fair rate couldn't pay them quick enough. Now they have flat rate quoting per job so 6 jobs at your property x flat rate quote per task. I had approx 6 tasks just recently remove replace ie exhaust fans x 2 one supplied by me other Integral. 2 battern lights led Voltex supplied by Integral ec ect. After cross checking the items supplied by Integral cross checked them againts external suppliers approx 100 percent mark up out of there vehicles on there items. The trade was there for total 2 hours completed the works was a good operator quick officiant. After working out price of goods mark up plus there seperatise flat quote on each task rolled there hourly rate back to approx $330.00 an hour x 2 hours on site. You only get me once, won't be a second. Shame good operators.

These guys absolutely killed it with outstanding communication, service, & quality of work. Young bloke that did my job wouldn’t even leave until he was sure everything was up and running properly, even after allowed time had elapsed & did an amazing job! I just love local companies that have a passion for customer service and excel at it. Would highly recommend this team and they are worth the wait! Used these guys again today 01/07/24 and same consistent service as when I previously used them, outstanding company! Thank you!

Terrific experience yet again from BIGElectrics! We left an email re a solar panel problem and Michael was in touch in a few minutes. Matthew and colleague were in Palm Cove and popped in within the hour. Minor problem of a loose lead on our solar panels corrected the issue. Plus these wonderful sparkies then helped identify another problem we are having with a sunset timer. Great service, plus happy chats all the time; you guys are awesome !!

The boys were professional and fast, checked everything that was pointed out of concern and fixed it. They clearly explained what they were going to do and what they have done already and if that wasn’t enough, they even put the table back into place after having to move it out of the way to work. Super happy with their work, definitely our electrician guys here on.
