Incredible communication from my first online contact. The sms reminders and “tracking” made it so easy to make sure we were home and ready to go. They arrived exactly when the tracking said they would and were very friendly and courteous. They explained the options very well and then did the job really quickly. Cleaned up well and respected our home (you wouldn’t have known they were even here). Very happy with the entire process (and price!) and would 100% recommend. Thank you very much

Jordan arrived early which was fine as there was live tracking and I was waiting anyway. Explained a few things about my unit and why it was doing what it was doing. In and out with no mess. Even helped me lift the TV back into its position after he was done. I regularly use Ice Ice Baby for my yearly cleans. See you again next year!

I had the pleasure of using Alex from sweatbusters air conditioning cleaning services in Cairns, and I couldn't be more impressed. Paul and Amanda's team are incredibly professional. Their team reached out to book a suitable time, rather than just rock up at a time that suited them, and that may have been disruptive to our organisation. We really appreciated the consideration. They were also prompt when first booking the call out, we didn't have to wait an excessive amount of time for diagnosis then repair. They are also huge supporters of local community and local charitable organisations, so be sure to support these guys given the support they provide.
