DHL is the number 1 priority mail service out of all I've tried. The staff are always super friendly and the online tracking and amount of options is perfect. The parcels iv received have sometimes arrived impossibly quickly which sometimes makes me wonder if they have access to a wormhole or a time machine.... Hmmmm, DHL, if you do... What are tonight's lotto numbers please!? 5 stars for service and light speed deliveries

Staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and proactive. I'm consistently impressed by the folks who work at this location. DHL as a whole may have the occasional issue, but the Toohey St staff have always done their absolute best to sort it out for me.

So helpful. I had a package sent to me by express shipping but it didn't end up coming in time. I moved to Cairns so I was unable to pick it up from the original location. DHL has been so helpful through it all, they've called and emailed me updates while relocating it to their Cairns office. Awesome service

I receive most of my packages through Aramex and have found the service to be very prompt and reliable. Every delivery has arrived in great condition which attests to the care taken. I love that I can track my packages through their website as well. Preston has been the driver for my last few deliveries. I’m very impressed that he’s ensured my packages have been left well out of the wet weather. He’s an amazing ambassador for Aramex. Very friendly, thoughtful and professional. 10/10

Pack and Send Cairns took great care of my son's comfort toy that we devastatingly lost at Cairns Airport. Sebastian was incredible to deal with, picked up our son's cushion personally and had it delivered to Sydney well before we expected to arrive! As a bonus, he and his team reviewed the pricing for me once they picked up our cushion and more accurately priced us again at a rate that was cheaper. Delivered 4 boxes to Pack & Send Cairns yesterday to go to Adelaide. They arrived today. Absolutely fantastic service. Never had service like this before, unbelievable. Gentleman in the office was also very friendly. Would highly recommend this business.
