I've been to this place multiple times, during the day and night. All food are good and the staffs also friendly. I really enjoy the food even though it has been adjusted to local taste. I will always go back here for quick chinese food in town. :)

Actually amazing!! Ordered take out cashew chicken and the flavour is incredible. Also ordered a small special fried rice. The portion size is HUGE and would be a large anywhere else. Friendly service and super fast. Probably the best Chinese I’ve had in Tasmania.

A first time trip to Tassie, decided on the China Garden for dinner and it did not dissapoint. The service was nice, the food was super fast to arrive, it was hot and tasty. Yummy !

Cosy, relaxed & intimate dining with a casual feel. Very good menu selection. Licensed. Salt & Pepper squid was delicious. Attentive & friendly staff & service. Great spot for singles, couples & group banquets. I really like this cute Chinese restaurant & shall be back.

I love eating at oriental chef. I tend to dine in more often and recommend the sweet and sour pork. Make sure to book as well as it tends to be quite popular, in the busy seasons around Christmas they are one of the only places which stays open. definitely recommend this place and recommend to try something different everytime.

Beautiful food, and decent sized. Reasonably priced. Amy looked after us so well. Great to have a meal before going to the movies next door

This is probably one of the best Asian restaurant in Devonport! The food are so delicious it looks so shady from the outside but looks really Chinese inside. they prob do need a bigger and more attractive sign. Staff are really friendly too.
