3 Best Indian Restaurants in Devonport TAS

The only Indian restaurant we will buy from in the Devonport area. Always great service and the food is amazing. Tonight we had onion bhaji, butter chicken, beef madras and garlic naan, both the chicken and beef melted in our mouth and everything was full of flavour. Normally we also order gulab jamun (its one of the best desserts) but we were so full from everything else. We always recommend this place to friends and family and love coming here on little date nights. Thank you for the delicious food.

The staff are lovely and happy to spend time describing what you are eating or thinking of ordering. I had the goat curry and it was tender and flavoursome. I loved it. Hubby had lamb Arachi and he loves spicy and this one did not disappoint. We also had a selection of sides which were refreshing and the perfect compliment to the meal. We will definitely be back.

Haven't even finished my meal yet but had to write a reveiw, first time eating here and the food is delicious (Madras and Naan) staff helped choose a good spice level, medium is just the right amount, bit of a kick and so much flavour, thankyou!

Visiting from QLD, we ordered from here because their prices weren't ridiculous and what a total suprise and delight we got! WOW! Absolutely delicious! We had chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Sagawli. Couldn't fault our meal and the garlic nans were the best we've had. Highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had the Garlic Naan, Basmati rice, Lamb Roganjosh (mild) and Patak Paneer (mild). You can understand why the Taj Mahal has won several best Indian restaurant awards because the food was outstanding. A fantastic experience. Go there!

Amazing Indian food in Devonport. Very friendly environment and the restaurant owner is friendly too. It was a delight having a spice rich dinner on the cold night.
