Four years ago Localtech IT built a desktop computer for me which has performed faultlessly until recently, when I botched a software installation. The machine was ‘unconscious’ and totally unresponsive. Localtech IT promptly diagnosed the problem, rectified it and further cleaned up the drives before promptly returning the machine along with a very modest invoice. Good, professional people who are easy to talk to.

I had a number of unknown issues with my custom workstation PC. Once my PC was dropped off I got regular updates on the progress of diagnosing the issues and repairs. I had my PC back the next day and haven't had any issues since! Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the team at LocalTech.

Steve and Sophie always fix my computer gaffs/issues with patience and great skill. I have been going to them for years. Highly recommended!
