Four years ago Localtech IT built a desktop computer for me which has performed faultlessly until recently, when I botched a software installation. The machine was ‘unconscious’ and totally unresponsive. Localtech IT promptly diagnosed the problem, rectified it and further cleaned up the drives before promptly returning the machine along with a very modest invoice. Good, professional people who are easy to talk to.

I had a number of unknown issues with my custom workstation PC. Once my PC was dropped off I got regular updates on the progress of diagnosing the issues and repairs. I had my PC back the next day and haven't had any issues since! Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the team at LocalTech.

Fletcher arrived at my place on time and listened to all I had to say about various issues I was having from multi email addresses, to linking my laptop to my mobile phone, to Microsoft Account issues, to Security Issues and to forever changing passwords & also to my frustration with the phone/internet 24 months plan. Fletcher took it all calmy & set himself to fix each & every issue without wasting time. Everything was resolved in record time so I even asked Fletcher to help me subscribe to Equifax Security as I had tried myself without success. After downloading some of my personal documents ( which I wouldn't have had a clue on how to do it in the first place) & rectifying a few things, I could submit my application satisfactorily. I also got to learn how to better utilise my mobile and how to use a timer when listening to music. Nothing was too much or too little for Fletcher who was very helpful and courteous. He put me at ease straight away & guided me through every step. I strongly recommend Fletcher to anyone who is experiencing problems with their computer, website or/and phone. His expertise in solving IT issues along with his affable manner & very reasonable hourly rate is worth a phone call. Fletcher is the “go to” expert for setting up the Roborock robot vacuum & mop. After futile hours on the phone to the company and our ISP as the app wouldn’t work, Fletcher had the app installed and the robot working for each of the rooms in the house within an hour. Highly recommend.
