Steve is friendly, quick on diagnosis, reliable and I would highly recommend him. I was very impressed with the speed and repair of my laptop where others had failed. To top it off he is also very cost effective. I was ready to bin my laptop through sheer frustration. Steve saved my day and I now have a laptop working better than it ever did before. Petra

Even though Steve wasn't in the office he was able to talk through my laptop problem and fixed it within 5 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Went into Tech Addicts to get an i7 installed and couldn't have been happier with the communication and service provided. There were a few hiccups along the way, and a decent wait time while the team tried to iron out a few problems caused by the installation of the i7. However, I was updated every step of the way, and Sam and the team clearly explained the problems to me. In the end, the issue was resolved, and I walked out happy. Highly recommend!
