Fantastic service! I called Engage Garage Doors after intermittent problems with our old roller door and opener. Jay answered the phone promptly and arranged to have a look the next day. He checked the door and opener thoroughly and found a fault with the old opener. Jay gave us a few options to solve the problem and did not pressure us to decide. We chose to have a new opener fitted, which Jay offered to do that day. The job was completed with great care, the door checked and tested, clear operating instructions given and all rubbish removed. Jay is very prompt and professional. He provided the right estimation for his work, and his rates are reasonable. He helped me to choose the right colour and quality garage door. He placed the order as soon as I accepted the quote and provided frequent updates on the delivery. As soon as he received the garage door delivery, he turned up on time and replaced the garage door professionally. I had another issue, and he helped me by fixing that as well. Highly recommended.

Jay is fantastic, he fixed our garage door motor a few years ago. He came out quickly and clearly explained to us how to sync up the new controllers. The garage door has been running wonderfully since then. Jay is very professional and I highly recommend him.
