From start to finish I had nothing but prompt and helpful service. B&K were very quick to come out and quote, answered all my questions and were also quick to get my install booked in. The two young guys who installed my air-con were friendly, professional, polite and just all round great tradies, and they cleaned up afterwards really well. So far so good and I couldn't be happier, thank you so much.

I had an issue with the fridge in my motor home, Ben and Kelli were awesome getting me in ASAP to provide an immediate solution. After trying for a few weeks with repairers in Newcastle, central coast and Sydney, I was unsuccessful in finding a new part for the fridge so I called the guys in Coffs and they did everything they could to procure the part for me, thank you for finding the part and install. All legends!

I had some issues with my air con, and called Kelli. She was absolutely brilliant. She made the entire process simple and stress free. I had everything fixed so quickly. They're affordable, knowledgeable and super efficient. Positive

We first contacted Mark and Louise, to service two of our existing air conditioners. We were not sure if one of them would be worth repairing. Marks honesty was very refreshing by the fact he said they longer life span than we had anticipated and didn't try to sell us new ones to replace them. During this process, we were also wanting to purchase an additional two. We had no experience in purchasing air conditioners for our specific requirements, especially in a sub tropical enironment. I was pleased to see Choice Magazine had rated highly, Mitsubish Heavy for our needs. A brand that MLL supply. From the first inspection, through to quote and job completion Louise and Mark were fantastic; We couldn't recommend them highly enough. It was refreshing to receive a great customer experience along with an incredibly knowledgeable and honest professional who took pride in his work. Thank you.

Mark and Louise were very helpful in replacing our old malfunctioning air conditioner. Really easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and Marks attention to detail when installing the new unit was more than we expected. They sell great products as well. We have been experiencing a problem with our Braemar ducted air conditioning system for some time, which caused water to leak into our bathroom, thereby damaging the ceiling. The company that installed the system, after several call-outs over a number of years, failed to detect and repair the fault. In desperation, I contacted Faircloth Reynolds Coffs Harbour and they sent Dean out to see if he could locate the problem. He very quickly found that there was a broken pipe, which he determined had been leaking quite heavily into the ceiling space over a considerable period of time. He replaced the pipe without any fuss and now everything is fine. We have had two insurance claims because of this fault and we are glad to say that we can now use our air conditioning, thanks to Faircloth Reynolds and their professional technical staff. I also found their administrative staff very professional and easy to deal with. Kudos to Faircloth Reynolds!

Elijah came out today to fix my broken ducted system after a gheko had shorted out the main board. He was courteous and very helpful. Thinking creatively, he asked me for a steel scourer, which he then used to plug the gap where any gheko might enter the back of the compressor. I feel confident now we won't have anymore kamikaze gheko attacks in future. Thanks Elijah for the great service!

Have had excellent service from both Elijah and Matt . So competent and thorough to trouble shooting and problem solve with our a/c. The office ladies also clearly communicated eta's and courteous. Thanks to one and all.
