Couldn't be happier with the service from Muneesh at Midland Computers from start to finish. We were in the market for a new computer. He was so prompt in responding to us, building a new computer to our specs and seamlessly transferring all our data across. We would definitely use Midland Computers in the future and would highly recommend them.

Amazing same-&day service today by Muresh! We discussed the available options for the repair of my laptop, and i left it with him, expecting a next day pickup. Within about half an hour, Muresh called me back, and within an hour I had picked it up! Muresh listened, was charming and polite, and super helpful.

Excellent service. My computer works better than when I bought it! It's like having your own IT department.

I recently cracked my laptop screen and reached out to Computer Mechanics. They responded promptly the next morning, eager to help. At their store, they went the extra mile by setting up a replacement laptop I purchased earlier that day to use while my existing laptop was being repaired. The price for the screen replacement was reasonable and delivery time shorter than I expected. It's rare to find great customer service these days. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone needing computer repairs. They clearly prioritise their customers, which is great to see. Thanks for turning a stressful situation into a positive one!

As is typical with computers, when you need it most for an urgent job it says "no more" To the rescue, computer mechanics. I simply walked in with no appointment, was seen to immediately by their friendly staff, I explained the problem, left my number and laptop with them and 5 hours later got the call to collect. Friendly, eager to please, prompt and efficient service. I would highly recommend Computer mechanics and while i hope to never have to use them again, but if I do then they will be my first port of call. Thank you Brett and Team.

echnician is friendly, efficient, helpful. I had many sensitive files to print(Officeworks printers can’t print them) and he gave me a nice discount! He even let me do what I needed in a hurry, up to half an hour beyond closing time (I was the only customer there)! I don’t know anywhere else convenient in inner city Perth where I could have gotten my urgent printing task solved PRONTO! 10/10.

Cleaned my phone for Free. They have good customer service. This is my go to every time I have problems with my phone. They are very accessible since their location is in the middle of Perth near the underground train station of Murray Street. They charge less also compared to other repair shops.
