Bliss Conveyancing, Judy and Nina, went to extensive lengths to ensure our settlement was completed without penalty. Our house sale was a difficult one threatened by constantly changing requests and negotiation with the potential buyers. We were so uncertain about the purchasers ability or willingness to follow through with purchase that we ended up getting a loan for our new purchase (despite not necessarily needing the funds after a successful sale). Judy and Nina worked diligently all the way up to 5pm (the cut off for PEXA) and beyond on the day of settlement, to overcome the purchasers accidental and multiple issues. In doing so, they ensured there were no financial penalties borne by our linked purchase. I cannot rate them highly enough.
