My husband and I after many years of marriage found ourselves in a place where our communication had broken down and we were in crisis. We began working with Amna and the 'Healing Inner Conflict' program and quickly found that we were feeling reconnected and working toward a common goal. Anna's gentle but firm guidance allowed the space for both of us to be open and receptive to taking personal responsibility for our own inner healing, and developed a deep compassion for each others trauma and triggers. Together with the communication techniques and conflict resolution skills Amna helped us develop, we now have the practical tools to move forward in a constructive and nurturing way, with a deeper understanding of each other. We would highly recommend Amna and the Healing Inner Conflict program to anyone, whether it be for the individual or relationship. Thank you Amna for really helping us 'find' each other again.

I have had a positive experience working with Amna. Amna’s gentle and patient approach created a safe place that helped me talk openly. I learned a lot from participating in an inner conflict process. The situation made sense to me after processing it.

Meeghan really helped us get our relationship back on track. Using the Gottman method we were able to gain skills to help us communicate so much better, which meant we were better able to have both our needs met. Her therapy space is beautiful and peaceful and my partner and I were able to connect without distraction. We also loved her therapy doggos.

Meeghan has successfully guided me through a number of life's dramas. She has an approach that is both warm and empathetic, yet practical and realistic. Professional to the end. I highly recommend her.
