It has taken a bit but finally found a studio where everyone is so welcoming, well structured, well informed and talented staff. I was so impressed with the standard of dancing. We have finally found our forever dance family and highly recommend anyone considering putting their child in. Definitely the best dance school in Mackay with plenty of variety and amazing teachers.

DE is the best dance school. Miss Bishop is so amazing with the kids my girls all love her. And the team of teachers are fantastic proven by the performances at this year's concert. If you have kids that want to dance or perform DE is where they need to be it's not just a dance school it's a family unit and the mums I've met have all been lovely which is nice for a shy person like myself.

Stunning floors, air con, great service by an incredibly qualified staff, reasonably priced and an awesome central location.

After 18 years of dancing and doing 5 different styles of dance I can say that I have been very fortunate to have had the high level of teaching and opportunities given to me by my teachers at IDA studio. I have achieved all my dancing dreams and goals with the support of my teachers by my side." IDA has allowed me to grow from a Tiny Tot to a qualified dance teacher. Without the knowledge, support, determination and hard work from my teachers I would not be the dancer or teacher I am today.

IDA has been an important part of our lives for the past 10 years. My girls have gained self-confidence, perseverance, strength of body and mind, and many life long friendships through the lessons, concerts and competitions that they have been a part of with the studio. IDA is an inclusive studio, providing a variety of dance forms, delivered by caring, encouraging teachers. Highly Recommended.

My daughters have danced with IDA for five years now. In this time, we have enjoyed the supportive family culture, and connecting with the friendly families of fellow Irish Dancers. We have found Mrs Danastas to be approachable, professional, one who maintains a spirit of excellence, and brings out the best in her students. She is highly regarded and well liked by her students.

A wonderful dance school locally owned and operated by the wonderful Miss Tina. Highly recommend this school for any parents looking at enrollments for tiny tots all the way through to advance levels of dance. This school has made a massive improvement in my little girls love for dance, balance and coordination and making life long friends.

I couldn't recommend this school more highly. Ms. Tina and her teachers are 100% committed to the school. Exactly what I was looking for!
