“Bom Funk Dance Studio is a purpose-built dance studio that offers a variety of dance styles for all ages and abilities. Kym Degenhart is the Owner/Director, Principal Teacher of the school. The school offers fun classes and performing opportunities to everyone from 2 years old to adults, males and females, and beginners to advanced levels. Their highly qualified team provides high-quality dance tuition with recreational and competitive streams. All their instructors have Working with Children Checks, CPR and First Aid certifications. Bom Funk Dance Studio is a registered and active member of the Australian Teachers of Dance, Australasian Dance Association, Good Sports, Dance Arts Alliance, Ausdance ACT and the International Dance Council CID. The school offers multiple class discounts, VIP bundles and fee caps provided. Bom Funk Dance Studio has two locations with seven state-of-the-art studios equipped for all dance styles, cheer, acro, aerial, cirque, acting, and singing, and their in-house theatre for performances. Their studios are made to comply with Dance Safe regulations and contain showers, private toilets, and dressing rooms. Bom Funk Dance Studio features four studio spaces with sprung, polished wooden dance flooring, barres, mirrors, and ducted heating and cooling. Studio 1 is fully equipped as a cheer and acro studio with full acrobatic apparatus, floor cheer mats, and training equipment. The studio also has a comfortable, large waiting area, a student lounge and vocal studio, a kitchenette and a canteen with disabled access and facilities. The studio space is available for workshops, training, performances, events, or regular activities, and they can assist you. Free car parking facilities and free trial classes are available.

My daughter has been a part of the Bom Funk family for the past few years and has grown in confidence, technique and ability. This dance school has always offered a variety of styles and is always open to what else the community may be looking for. The Bom Funk team are a generous, inclusive and supportive group of people who are not only passionate about what they do, but also how they can best serve. I highly recommend Bom Funk Dance Studio to anyone looking to dance, sing or express themselves creatively in an exceptional, professional and inclusive environment.

I have really enjoyed being involved and attending Bom Funk dance studio, learning and performing Hip Hop has been so much fun. Our teachers have been supportive and encouraging.

Bom Funk is a brilliant studio. The environment for the students is warm, welcoming, fun, nurturing and encouraging. As is the environment for parents, my daughter has been very happy since joining this studio.

EPA is fantastic dance school with an excellence in dance skills while fostering a caring and supportive culture. My daughter has danced with the school for 5 years and has gone from strength to strength in her poise, technique and flexibility. Miss Katey leads a fantastic team and the girls make lasting friendships. There is a class for every age in a variety of styles.

EPA is an amazing dance studio, making students feel supported, encouraged and challenged to reach new heights in dancing. The teachers at EPA are so supportive and are dedicated to helping students at all abilities reach their goals. I’ve been dancing at EPA for several years now and there’s no place I’d rather be, I’ve made so many life long friendships and memories I’ll never forget. I can’t recommend it enough!!!.

EPA is an encouraging and inspiring environment for all ages. From starting EPA 4 years ago I have grown not only as a better dancer but made lifelong friendships and memories! The staff have always given ongoing support and feedback to all students making our studio feel like a second home.
