Great communication . One of the most important aspects of a ‘good relationship’ with an agent is their ability and willingness to communicate with both news and no news. Naomi was exceptional at responding to telephone calls, returning calls, and replying to emails. Naomi took over part way through the sale of our property after a previous agent left the business. Naomi joined around a particularly stressful time to do with the other party and ensured the sale proceeded as smoothly as it did. I am very grateful to Naomi and I would recommend her highly as a property agent.
