I was recently referred to Dr Taklif and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from both Dr Taklif and her wonderful nurse, Di. Dr Taklif was extremely thorough, made me feel at ease immediately, had clear communication of what was happening throughout the checks she was performing and the procedures she undertook. She has a wonderful bedside manner and I have no hesitation in recommending her. It is rare to find such a gem in this day and age who has the clients best interests at the forefront. The follow up calls, results etc provided by Di were also exceptional. Such a lovely nature and again, made you feel relaxed, calm and informed the whole time. What a team.

Last year I was suffering from extreme acne that was on my face, neck and back. After trying lots of remedies online and spending lots of money on products, my acne was worse than ever. Luckily, I met Dr Taklif who was able to help me with good products and medication which completely cleared ALL my acne within a year! I would also recommend the chemical peels as they got rid of any scarring I had. Very friendly staff and great service.

To Dr Taklif and her nursing staff I can’t thank you enough, the care, warmth and the treatment plan that I have received has been literally life changing.!! I stumbled across you through my doctor as your were a new clinic and had appointments available in a shorter time than other clinics and I’m very grateful that I did I have recommended you to other family members and look forward to catching up soon.

Dr Mark is so knowledgeable and was very thorougher in his consultation. He made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist is also so lovely and helpful. Not too sure how they could get bad reviews...I think people don’t take the time to write good reviews these days. Thanks team.

I have been taking my teenage child to Mark for treatment and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Mark spoke directly with my child & made him feel comfortable each & every time we attended. Mark also got the results we wanted. Couldn’t be happier.

Very professional staff, I would recommend Dr Mark Cicello to anyone who is having skin care problems as he is very knowledgeable and caring. Although, waiting times can be quite long and it is quite expensive.

I have suffered with eczema pretty much my whole life, I have tried white king baths and other therapies that just didn't work. I made an appointment with Matthew and a week before thought, my skin is looking okay, maybe I should cancel and let someone else have the booking. I am soooo glad I didn't cancel. On meeting Matthew I instantly felt at ease, he looked at my skin and apologised that nothing had ever worked, but he is very confident that he can change that and in turn actually change my life. People that suffer from eczema understand that its not just unsightly but it effects every part of your life, Matthew was so kind and has prescribed quite a new drug to sort this problem out. When he told me we could sort this out, I cried with relief. I pick up my first prescription today and look forward to the hope that Matthew has instilled that, this will work. I would recommend Matthew if you are suffering.

I had a great experience again at this Practice. Dr Matthew Howard, Dermatologist, has recently joined Dr Takliff and I would highly recommend him. Very friendly, efficient, and keeps you fully informed as he is working. Followup phone calls were timely and informative. Nurse Catherine was excellent. I find Novus Dermatology a happy, professional environment for treatments.

Was quoted a wait of over 18 months with another clinic. They consider triage here. All the staff at this practice are highly professional. I have very sensitive skin, and on occasion reacted to some of the treatments. Emergency appointments were no trouble. I was able to access treatments that were right for me. Thank you to all. I am very grateful that I was able to be seen within a reasonable period. I am finally happy with the way my skin looks and feels.
