Wonderful doggy boutique. Had no idea what to expect, but was greeted by a friendly team of professionals all busy clipping and grooming friendly dogs! All dogs seemed very happy and were treated with care and respect. I like the way they do it right there in full view and not behind closed doors. No small cages etc. Will definitely come back again. Clean too .

Outstanding service & quality grooming standard. Jodie & the team do a sensational job. Our Buddy walked out looking and feeling a million bucks.

Today Emma had her first experience at the ‘beauty parlour’. It was a positive one, everyone was brilliant and professional. For her first visit she came away her cheerful self and will be ready to return for her pampering. Thanks Shaggy staff

We were so grateful for A K9's service during our transition from Melbourne to Tasmania during the COVID19 restrictions. Debbie came to collect our furry friend from us (very very early in the morning!) whilst we were in police control (going in to quarantine). We received text updates and pictures, and our four legged friend was well looked after! Can't thank you guys enough for your support during a tough time.

I have been using Ak9 Complex for 12 months now and I would like to leave a 10 star rating here. My very anxious girl loves boarding with Debbie she always comes home healthy, happy and a much more confident girl. I highly recommend this place.

Great groomers! Brought in a difficult project with my shedding, long haired swiss shepherd but they were able to comb out the matted hair and have her looking like a puppy again! I was thoroughly impressed! Will definitely return in the future.

If I could give more stars I would!! The team is amazing and listen to their clients. My poodle puppies always come home very happy and looking beautiful. Highly recommended.

Always treats your pets as if they’re their own….friendly staff….close to shops/Latrobe for the wait can be up to 45 minutes which is perfect….wouldn’t go anywhere else.
