Well our second under warranty repair. Outside temperature sensor was faulty effecting automatic climate control function. Sensor was replaced in a week with a smile and we even had friendly chat with Dealer Principal. As usual very friendly staff and it is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dion, Geordie and Christine. My purchase happened during the Covid-19 period, meaning the sales team were unable to show me as much about my car as they would like to. This would have been a challenge for the team and I know they were concerned about it. However, my experience with the Nissan Devonport Team was easy, professional and informative. I communicated with each of the above at times during my purchase due to the health restrictions in place. My questions were always answered and phone calls returned in a timely manner.

Heather at the service centre in Devonport is one of the loveliest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Car troubles are so stressful for people at the best of times so it really makes a HUGE difference when someone in those positions is kind and compassionate and Heather is just that. Super smooth purchase process, done entirely remotely. Didn't try and talk me into paying non refundable deposit like some other lots.
