Recently visited Fay's Jewellers to organise 2 jewellery alterations and repairs, both jobs have been completed to perfection in good time and I am so pleased with the service and communication I received from them. Whilst in the store I also made a couple of purchases as they have a brilliant range of clocks and jewellery. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with, thank you Fay's.

Amazing customer service. They took all the time in the world to help me find the perfect gift. Highly recommended.

On the many occasions I've been into Fay's, I've had nothing but good service. When I broke my watch, they were only too happy to help. Quick turnaround and quality craftsmanship.

Dad ring is awesome, staff are awesome, carpet is awesome, jewellery is awesome. they don’t let you buy their carpet though. Have great suggestions, I suggest buying the teal clock very good. Also dad bracelets and dad cross necklace all very good. Best place ever highly recommend lots of teacups too. GOOD JOB
