The sales person asked me specific questions about what I was looking for and when I didn't know she showed me different items to get a feel for what I liked. She then paired with other items to show me how I could build a collection of items to suit my style. I ended up bying from her recommendation. Her knowledge was outstanding and from a design perspective knew what worked. I never would have put these items together if not shown how they work and complement each other.

I bought a new lounge and rug from the store, Angus and the team went above and beyond to ensure both items arrived safely, they provided fantastic customer service. I was reminded of the great quality of Early Settler when it arrived and I’ll definitely be back for more! Thanks again.

We needed a fridge urgently. Yes, they could deliver same day. Other stores had a three day wait. They also took our old fridge away. Two delivery guys were, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, as were sales staff. 10/10.

Very happy with the customer service provided for us with Sam for the purchase of our new fridge! The fridge we purchased came recently on discount a week following purchase which was frustrating but Sam looked after us and match the price for us! I bought a replacement computer today. Bryn was fantastic, taking me through a number of different types and their benefits for what I would use it for. There was great interaction and very helpful advice, not just on the laptop but also on security.
