I have needed to contact Caneland Medical Practice for various reasons on behalf of our son who moved to Mackay about 6 months ago. The staff are well deserved of a compliment as they are helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Today Cara helped me sort out a couple of things and she was delightful. Our son has presented with significant health issues, and he is very appreciative also with his GP Dr Nattrass. Thank you.

Dr Nattrass Is the most caring and professional doctor I have ever consulted. Our family have been seeing him for over 14 years and eventhough our visits are far between you are still greeted with the same warm smile and leave feeling satisfied.

As you enter the doors you are welcomed by friendly staff and always helpful. The Dr's are first class and are really interested in their patients are caring and treat us like people and not just a number.

I’ve finally found the doctors I’ve been searching for! I’ve been going to Sydney St Medical for the past 6 months. My daughter sees Dr Shuren Taylor and is absolutely amazing with her. Dr Taylor is the first Dr to help with my daughters issues that have had positive results. I have been seeing Dr Phillipa Collins who is literally the best doctor I’ve ever seen for myself. Both Doctors are extremely thorough, caring and empathetic. I’ve ALWAYS left the doctors feeling confident and assured my issues have been taken seriously and I’ve been heard! The reception staff and nurses are very professional and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better health team to be honest. Thank you.
