Middle Island Medical Clinic is an asset to the Warrnambool community. Amy and Campbell have created such a welcoming and compassionate space and their passion truly shows. The GP’s at Middle Island go above and beyond. The clinic is calming and modern and the space holistic and warm. The admin, reception and nursing staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and kind. Dr Alice Chadwick is a skilled and compassionate GP and i am truly grateful to have the privilege of being consistently treated by her. Alice listens, is empathetic, is patient, efficient and kind. In medical cases that are complex it’s easy for the medical system to put people in a too hard basket. At Middle Island Medical Clinic, you’re seen as a person, not a number. I had a consult today with Amy as Alice was on leave. Amy validated what I’m experiencing, was kind, caring, efficient and ensured I had continuity of care without having to retell my medical story. Amazing staff, beautiful and relaxed clinic. I’m always seen to when I have something somewhat urgent pop up. I recently had covid and Dr Ami was fantastic, she saw me in person and then the nurses followed up with me daily via phone calls to see how I was going. Highly recommend.

Doctors are very good. My Doctor Doctor Slattery is very caring and always ready to listen can’t speak more highly of the Cambourne clinic doctors and nurses. I also like the personal touch of the receptionist one in particular who always puts a special note on the next appointment card mine always says to lovely Lady. Just the simple little things when you feel down or sick is a lovely touch. Thankyou.
