I am so glad that I went with Personalised Favours! Not only are they a local family business, but the quality and service that I received was OUTSTANDING! The decanter that I purchased was larger than all the other competitors, the designs available were more professional then all the other competitors, the packaging is just the extra mile (and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg to have packaging with Personalised Favours). I will definitely buy from them again, and I would recommend that anyone who wants a quality, genuine product forget the competitors and go with these guys! Well done guys. Your professionalism and products are a breath of fresh air.

I have used Personalised Favours several times over the last five years and the products, customer service and speediness of delivery has always been perfect. Great store for fans of horror and collectables! I make a point of stopping by whenever I can, and Brianna at the service desk is so friendly and knowledgeable about all their stock, her passion clearly shows and makes for a very welcoming environment where you can get lost amongst the isles and browse for hours only to find something new every time! 10/10.

genuinely one of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had in my life. there was a girl who served me in store called brianna. she had the best vibe ever, she shared such positive energy and she overall was just such an easy friend to make. she helped me and my friends in store and was doing her job AMAZINGLY. will definitely come here again as it is such an amazing place to spend all my money at. #ilovemodcons

What a wonderful set of shops, all interwoven together ... end of the day but had a quick look at the crystals and then into this shop ... the 2 lovely ladies even though they were nearly closing allowed us to browse without making us feel like they wanted to hurry us out ... thank you for the beautiful potted flower too ...
