The staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Robin was great in helping me resolve the issue of my broken chain not being repaired and arranging for a replacement with the grace of the store manger. Highly recommend the store and staff for a great customer experience.

Robyn at Wallace Bishop at Tuggerah is fantastic! My fiancé and I come in today to buy our wedding bands. She professionally guided us and found a perfect match that we both loved. Robyn’s expertise and attention to detail was top notch. She also gave us a real nice deal on our purchase. Highly recommend Robyn and team. Only place I’d go to for excellent service and beautiful jewelry.

Recently had my mother inlaws ring redesign into a pendent and earings. Simon Curwood jeweller's Tuggerah did a fantastic job. Very professional, great workmanship and great payment system. Thankyou Kim for looking after me and providing great customer service. I am very happy with the end result.

OMG, what an experience. From walking into the store just to look around then to design, purchase and collection of our special piece of jewellery. Everything was just perfect. Sales staff Elisha was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend SCJ Tuggerah enough. A very big thankyou.

Thank you Kim from the Tuggerah store. She was AMAZING at assisting the process of helping design my custom ring set. She is a true asset to the business.

Kristy provided outstanding service to myself and my daughter. She spent 80 minutes with us today and was so polite, obliging and professional, from start to finish. She was extremely patient with us and ensured that we had a wonderful experience. My 5 year old was being cheeky, touching everything, leaving her finger marks all over the cabinets; this was no problem to Kristy as she was understanding and easy going. Kristy offers wonderful service!

Great store and fantastic staff. Awesome product knowledge and seem to have a sixth sense for picking out gifts for difficult to buy for people. Highly recommend

The staff are beyond exceptional. They get to know their customers to better understand what they are looking for. I most definitely have my favourite sales reps in store I will not go anywhere else.
