I would like to thank Ashleigh for going over and above to help us in terms of accommodation where the balcony had bird poop everywhere so Ashleigh upgraded us to a better room. Family member having severe food allergies no restaurant within the Crown Plaza was willing to accommodate but when we talked to Ashleigh about it she took charge of the situation and made sure not only that the lunch is prepared to the needs but as well dinner would be taken care of as well. It's a shame that Ashleigh doesn't have a more senior position because she would do an amazing job. Thank you very much to Ashleigh again for going over and above!!

We chose Crowne Plaza Terrigal for our wedding last month and my wife and were blown away by the support and service. All the staff were incredible, and our wedding planner Alyssa Best was truly amazing right through from booking to our big day. We can't thank Alyssa and the team enough for bringing our wedding to life, just as we'd imagined it.

We actually visited this place for lunch on Saturday 11th November 2023 and I would just like to mention how incredibly impressed I was by the entertainment provided outside in the courtyard. I don't know the name of the young solo guitarist/singer, but he was brilliant and had an amazing voice. Thank you young man and truly hope to see you some place soon again. You truly are talented.

I booked a last-minute stay here through an online booking agency and it was a mess. Thankfully Seru at the front desk helped us out. I loved the customer service she offered and it completely put me at ease. The rooms was clean and we had everything we needed.

Great service, had a lady come to our room and make up a cot for our newborn. Whole hotel is clean and I love the look of the reception and the bedroom. Spa bath with jets in room. Big spacious pool on first floor. Only critique is the pool is not heated. Would love to go back and stay again.

Great place. Not too sure about a bunch of the reviews here. Some were inaccurate. Yes you gotta make your own bed and maintain your room but service staff promptly bring you anything you may need. Very good place for the family. The pool is fantastic.

We went here for our honeymoon. I love everything about this place. The view is amazing from sunrise to sunset. Room service is excellent whenever we go out, room is nice and clean when we come back. I recommend this place if you love the ocean and irs walking distance to an ocean bath. Will definitely gonna comeback.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The surroundings are quiet. You can only hear the subtle sound of crashing waves. Having a spa bath on the balcony while looking at the ocean was soothing. It was so good for the price I had to pay for the night. I'll come back to visit again when I'm stressed from city life. Oh! We were so lucky to see dolphins jumping from our balcony in the morning!!

We booked a budget room & we were delighted. Clean, spacious, with full facilities. Staff were helpful & friendly.|Within walking distance to the beach & town itself. On site parking. As a budget room, we didn’t have the ocean view, however this was perfect for our purpose. Would stay again.
