Amanda was absolutely amazing!!! She was so attentive to everyone in the store and so helpful and knowledgeable about what mattress and bedding was right for me and my lifestyle. I highly recommend going here and seeing Amanda, she was so fun and energetic and I love her.

Meredith showed us such amazing service today! She made picking the perfect bed such an easy choice with her wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend her services as Sleepys pop up store at Erina Fair opposite Big W. Thanks Meredith we will be back.

We have purchased many mattresses here over the years. From the Signature series, to cheap spare mattresses, they have all been great. Most importantly, the process to claim a warranty has been surprisingly good. There has never been an issue when we have done either a comfort exchange, or a warranty claim. Kath and the team have been amazing - really helpful and great to deal with.

Kath from the tuggerah store was so helpful and informative. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot and called back back the next day to double check I was happy and decided on the Mandalay Bay support in super king as it's a nice thick mattress with many layers to make it so comfy great experience with OMF.

Very pleasant experience, Kath was super knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking a mattress. When I returned to proceed with my quote Andrew was super funny and helpful and made the purchase fun. I highly recommend this place for a mattress. They care about the customer and it shows.

Bought a bed first and then bed base a few weeks later from BedShed. In store was good both times, salesperson was not overly pushy and had good recommendations. Best part was the delivery, Matt & Matt delivered twice and both times had great customer service. Checked availability early and good notice of delivery time. Delivery was good, engaged in polite conversation, I was very at ease and comfortable with letting both in my home. Will recommend to friends if they need a bed.

We had been looking for months for a new suite and each time we came into store Jacqui was so helpful and patient. We finally bought a suite and delivery was within a week of purchasing. The Matt’s who delivered were also helpful friendly. Would recommend bedshed Tuggerah, the suite we purchased is also super high quality we love it.
