“Palmerston Golf & Country Club is a well-known golf course located in Darwin. The course features an 18-hole par-71 golf championship course, clubhouse, and lawn bowls club. Palmerston golf course also consists of two contrasting nine-hole courses. The front nine is a stronger round, with long fairways and challenging greens. The Palmerston golf course was originally constructed in 1995. Glenn Campbell redesigned it in 2005 to include the new 9 holes on the Durack side. This fine golf course is set in tropical surroundings, and the course is a pleasant walk for players of all standards. Their staff are friendly and welcome any membership inquiries. Palmerston golf course offers an exciting mix of short and long holes framed by tall stands of native trees and waterways.

2025 Update: Palmerston Golf & Country Club has a territory room that caters for functions and occasions and a meeting room equipped with Wi-Fi, audio and TV with HDMI connection, and refreshments.”

“Humpty Doo and Rural Area Golf Club is the finest golf club located in Darwin. The golf course features 18 holes and measures 5,265 meters with a par of 72. The course includes 9 holes, each with grass greens and two tee positions. The wide, flat fairways provide easy walking, although you may choose to ride in a motorized cart. Golfers of all skill levels will find the layout both enjoyable and challenging. Additionally, there is a putting green with a nearby bunker, as well as a driving range. The nine-hole course layout features grass greens with two tee positions on each to adapt to an 18-hole course. Club memberships are available to suit both social and serious golfers and social and seasonal guests. Their facilities are open to the public and include an air-conditioned clubhouse, bar, children's play area, and social meeting room. Humpty Doo Golf Club is a family-friendly club, and there are plenty of activities to keep the children amused, including the Kids' Corner and the Adventure Playground. My favourite golf club ever! I can confidently say it's exceeded all my expectations. The facilities are impeccable, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the community is warm and welcoming.The golf course is meticulously maintained, The clubhouse amenities, especially the kids play area and dining areas, are top- notch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space for the mini golf created for families. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back. Definitely will be recommending to friends. Some shade sails would be nice though to help protect our little ones from the harmful sun.

Great family location, Great food and dining area with great little tacca play equipment area, excellent well maintained good course, friendly staff.

Great place to play golf with cold beer, great food and friendly patrons with staff who can't do enough to make your experience a memory.

What a gem of a place, locals very welcoming, felt like I'd lived there forever after 2 rounds. Course is tricky & very enjoyable. Love this place.

Beautiful course and a brilliant outback feel to the club-house. The food is always good and the staff are friendly. Easy parking for trailers.

DARWIN GOLF CLUB REVIEWS

Had my fathers wake at the Darwin Golf Club last Monday, the staff were excellent and very accommodating. The venue was wonderful, and they couldn’t of accommodated better than they did. We bought plants in for extra decoration and they were more than happy. Plenty of food, great platters.

Thanks guys for a great day I had alot of fun they make you feel welcomed and give you a tip on what club to use on a hole.

Great course very good condition friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend a visit. Looking forward to the Darwin open.
