Amazing results and amazing customer service!! Everyone is so lovely, welcoming and it is a warm environment to be in. Taylah is very skilled in what she does and i would highly recommend her to anyone. Shes very knowledgeable (which is comforting because my hair is balayage blonde) and safe to say she NEVER fails to impress. I always leave feeling amazing. The overall experience at industrial hair design is 10/10!

I had such a fantastic experience with Taylah! She did an amazing job bleaching my hair exactly how I wanted it. She was incredibly attentive and really listened to what I was looking for. I felt completely comfortable throughout the process and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Taylah to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive hairdresser!

The best value haircut in town and some of the friendliest barbers too. Very quick and they actually do what you ask! My new regular, for sure!

I love this place. There is ample parking for a start and the staff are so friendly. They really listened to what I wanted done with my hair and the guy who did my hair (sorry I'm bad at names, I think it was something like Imram?) was lovely. He was friendly and down to earth but also you could see he was really passionate about his job and intent on doing a good job. My hair has been a mess for a long time. I have previously gone to other hair dressers and asked for foils and colour. They never did it close enough to the roots and always only insisted on half head foils. So I was left with multicoloured hair. Brown roots and blonde. Whereas cut loose hair design did 3/4 foils and got the perfect colour and close to the roots. And used toners. My hair looks great and I feel great for it. Thank you guys for listening and being so good at what you do. You will now have a loyal repeat customer.

Had a wonderful first time experience here today! Kaylee was wonderful to talk to within the duration of my service and the salon felt very luxurious. I also was very lucky to get a little caramel slice with my coffee! Came out feeling like a fresh woman after my appointment. All together, the experience was very soothing! Came in with an inspiration photo and Kaylee did amazing to try and do that style within my budget. Thanks for the wonderful experience Cut Loose Salon!

After 20 years of seeing hairdressers in geraldton, I have finally found someone who can style short hair. I highly recommend Milly. She can be trusted to make suggestions on style and colours that suit you and your personality. An absolute gem of a lady. After much discussion and questions from Milly, I gave her free reign on my hair and I absolutely love it. My grandson loves it as well and says its cool lol. Thanks so much Milly and thanks Shampers for employing such competent and lovely staff.

Ive been getting extensions for years and Shampers is by far the best extension I've had done. I had extensions & colour done by the lovely Sophie and wow she is so talented! I had a bad colour and extension job that needed fixing from a prior salon and Sophie listened exactly to what I wanted done and did an amazing job, she's a miracle worker! Really nice environment. Couldn't recommend more.

This is a beautiful and welcoming salon Alicia was at all times very professional and took my needs into account. She was a careful cutter and stylist yet super efficient. Alicia even squeezed my husband in for a much needed cut. Thanks so much for a great experience.
