High standard quality builder. But way overpriced. You can get two houses built by other competitors. He has quoted me $600,000 for a standard 4 by 2 house (block of land not included). An identical house has been designed and built for a different family already. So it isn't a new or special design and he didn't include any extras like solar panels or solar heating either. I felt personally offended by this quote and would never ring that guy back again.

Working with Warren and his team, nearly 8 years ago and again now, we find nothing but the best service and a huge commitment to getting us what we actually want out of our new home. Cannot recommend enough! Friendly, honest and flexible a great team to choose.

A special thanks from all of us guys, you have done us very proud. We think our home is awesome and wouldn't have done it with any other builder.

I recently had the pleasure of working with WA Country Builders, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the building supervisor was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and always willing to address any questions or concerns. The finished product is fantastic; we absolutely love our new home. It’s everything we hoped for and more. I highly recommend WA Country Builders to anyone looking to build their dream home. I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.

Very happy overall with the quality of the home. There was a few minor issues but these have been resolved quickly. The supervisor was always contactable and very helpful. The salesman was very helpful from the beginning, helping us to choose a design and also with contacts for finance. Pre start was a lot of fun and our new home administrator was very willing to help. We would definitely build with WA Country builders again.

Ryan Seppala was so helpful,with all our inquiries,explaining everything we needed to know. easily the best builder in town. No doubt about it. Quality is second to none.
