I recently brought a gift for my mother’s birthday from this wonderful store. I was served by Cola who was lovely, professional and made the whole experience a lot of fun. I suffer from extreme public anxiety but Cola made me feel safe and welcome. Definitely will recommend this store to anyone wanting great jewellery with brilliant customer service.

The whole team are fabulous and go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you want. If budget is an issue, they can suggest many different alternatives which look just as amazing. Good layby system too if you need to pop something special away for a later date. From the workshop staff to front of house, wonderful people always willing to help and offer advice if needed.

Very friendly staff, jeweller did a beautiful job at repairing earrings, bought the lustre back to the pearls which are quite old. Value for money.
