3 Best Mattress Stores in Geraldton WA

Awesome staff there, I've always had serious issues with my neck and back, so they had me rest on the mattresses and just relax, tried various pillows etc to find what suited me, was great. Top effort all round with no commission sales push of buy buy buy. I did end up buying something as that's what I was there for but not the most expensive product and it was cheaper than elsewhere so win win.

I would like to thank the team at Batavia Furniture & Bedding for their amazing customer service. We went to their shop on Thursday to purchase a lounge suite. We were greeted and made to feel so welcome. There was no pressure selling, and they listened to us. By the end of the weekend we left with two recliners and they are ordering the lounge. They even went as far as to try and get our lounge delivered closer to where we live which is Sandstone. Excellent staff and excellent customer service. Thank you from Arthur and Gabby.

Had a fantastic experience in the furniture dept. The customer service was exceptional, particularly from Matt, Terry and Chris. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on making sure I found the perfect lounge for my home. It's rare to come across a team that truly puts the customer first. Went to buy a door chime after being at two other places in Geraldton, who had no supplies. They sent us over the road to Harvey Norman Computers and bingo! We got what we wanted. Well worth the persistence to obtain what we came for.
