Wow if I could ten stars I would, this place was amazing. I’ll first start off with the free breakfast which was toast and cereal which was very handy as we had been driving for hours and hadn’t stopped at any shops yet. The man in reception was a very nice man and explained perfectly where our room was, we stayed in room 39 and it’s HUGE. Great for any big family, it had four comfy single beds and one big double bed as well as two lounges and a big tv. The place was very clean and had a community washer and dryer. Thank you guys for the beautiful stay and see you again when we travel.

Fantastic basic motel - perfect for overnight stop. Very comfortable large bed. Select your own Breakfast option was great as we had to leave early. Air conditioning worked a treat. The bathroom toiletries were good quality and in environmentally friendly refillable dispensers which makes so much sense. The best value for money. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Clean room with everything in good working order. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Convenient location with a little bit of traffic noise. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

I recently booked with Mantra Mackay for my wedding and my experience was above and beyond. The operations team made the process as easy and stress free as possible. The rooms were beautiful. We had family members travelling from interstate and they ensured everyone was accommodated and comfortable. The day of the wedding, they set up everything for us to come in and decorate as we wished and the staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to either stay at, or book their wedding with Mantra Mackay.

Visited and stayed for 2 weeks for a work matter. very good service and staff was friendly and helpful. food and drinks at Latitude 21 restaurant was great. located in the marina, beautiful views

Location was spot on, really nice views from the balcony to the marina and beyond. Plenty of places to eat nearby if you’re wanting something else.

This hotel is in East Mackay. It's quite centrally located, so you don't have to drive far to get to 2 of the major shopping centres from here. The room is very clean and modern, we got a double room. The managers are fantastic and have looked after us due to being stranded due to the flooding. Will be staying here again for an actual holiday in future. The pool would be lovely if it wasn't raining right now. There is also an on-site restaurant. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic aswell and lovely hot water. Definitely worth it after a long day of travelling.

Visited people staying there. They loved their room and king-sized bed. Said room service was very good and staff were friendly and attentive. They were really happy with the room rate. Definitely recommend.
