Exceptional personal service. I live hundreds of kilometres away, and just came across this family owned jewellery business by Googling the exact earrings I wanted, which are sold in a lot of places. I will definitely shop online with Greg Neill Jewellers again. The prices were great, and as I grew up in a small country town, I like to support local businesses, even though I live in the big smoke now. After purchasing, and immediately receiving a full tax invoice by email, The earrings arrived, very swiftly indeed. They were exactly as described. They had good photos of the earrings I wanted on their webpage and the staff went out of their way to help me by even taking photos with one of the shop assistants holding them up next to her ears so I could really get an idea of the size. I am just so impressed with thecustomer service, as well as the good prices too, plus a really broad range ofjewellery. Five stars.
