We were served by Anna. We came In looking for a pillow. She helped make the decision of which pillow to purchase a breeze, she knew all the technical aspects, understood what we wanted and matched us perfectly to what we wanted/needed. Along with helping us purchase a pillow Anna also helped us with some future thoughts of mattress (not that we were currently looking for one) She helped match us up to our perfect mattress. Explained the benefits of each mattress, and what was best for us after using the computer mattress matching bed program. Anna was extremely approachable, confident in her knowledge, passionate and caring. We recommend asking for Anna at forty winks for any of your questions / purchases.

I would highly recommend this store .Anna was our sales consultant and we where so impressed with her knowledge of products and she thoroughly took us though everything nothing was to much trouble . Would certainly shop here again and Anna,s service was 5 star.

Bed shed was fabulous to deal with for our recent king size mattress purchase. Right from walking in the door we were greeted by Taylor and served with wonderful service, knowledge and advice. Jay also assisted with her vast knowledge and expertise. Nothing was too much trouble. Arrangements were made for the delivery of the bed. I unfortunately had to change the time that the bed could come but this was accommodated perfectly. The bed was delivered within the time frame and I could not ask for better service. Nathan and Taine went beyond what was expected in their Service in delivering and assembling the bed. Thank you immensely for your excellent service and care.

Not only did the guys give me a courtesy call prior to their arrival, they carried in my new beds, unpacked them, attached the feet and took away the rubbish. I was very impressed!
