3 Best Hotels in Melton VIC

Excellent motel, very well located. Room was spacious and spotless. Shower was hot with great pressure and fast warm up! Everything electrical worked, even TV was new enough to tune HD (h.264 tuners). Staff called an hour before I was due to checkin to let me know office would close shortly (6pm). They told me about an excellent local restaurant and even had the air con going to have the room warm on arrival. How hood is that!

Great experience. Thank you for your understanding and effort to make my stay memorable. The rooms are very modern and have everything you need. It's located back off the main road so it's quite and very comfortable. There are dozens of places to eat from walking distance. I can recommend to anyone to stay when in the area.

Very friendly service but bit disappointed with the room considering the price listening to what seemed like toilets filling up at various times of the night shower running out of hot water faily quickly not the best experience

I stay with Mantra every time I come to Melbourne but this time my beautiful little sister was rushed to hospital and the doctors say she only has 48 hours to live. So naturally we wanted to change our accommodation closer to the hospital. Mantra staff refused our request to cancel. So we could be closer. If it was my error I wouldn't have an issue. Pauline Marquis my sister, she is all in our families hearts, just not in Mantra's cancelling process and policy. She has dementia and is in a coma and now we have to drive 45 minutes to see her and every minute matters when your sibling has hours to live. Very cruel and heartless staff. Maybe one day when all you loved one has only moments to share that you have people around that family is all you have don't stay at Mantra because when you pay up front Mantra doesn't care about you and your family. Absolutely horrible and uncaring staff. We come to Melbourne every 3 months to see family and didn't realise that family death or tragedy is not a valid reason to cancel. At least a kind word from the staff member like so sorry about your sister as I called from beside her bed as she draws her last breath and as I sit now writing this. The staff member said try going on line and tick the box accordingly and you might be able to cancel. I spent time trying to navigate Accor while I should spend the last moments with her. No luck. Now I spend time writing this getting ready to drive 45 minutes across Melbourne to jave a shower and 45 minutes to get back. I hope she is still alive on my return.my wife and I.

We have stayed there before because it was close to the aged facility where mum was living this was on the spur of the moment as my Mum was very ill and sadly passed away. The staff at reception were brilliant as we had to modify our booking several times and this wasn't an issue. All the staff were kind and compassionate during this difficult time , the food was fantastic as always and great value. I think other establishments could learn a great deal from the staff here as their customer service is 5 star thank you for looking after my wife and I.

Warm welcome on arrival. Room was large and clean. Bathroom, with a bath, was huge. We had room overlooking track, which offered excellent views. As hotel is attached to trotting track, with sportsbar/pokies, dining is available. Bed excellent. Room very quiet when racing had finished. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed for one night. If I could fit this room and that amazing bathroom into my car I would of. The spa was fantastic. The rooms were very clean. Staff were great. My only problem was the traffic noise. The shower wow could fit a whole family of six into it. Chocolates on the bed room was completely comfortable had the heater on. Loved it.thank you to quest .

I used to get great customer service from previous staff Alesha. Now the staff are horrible and hopeless. One say something and other staff say something. I informed earlier yesterday to early checkout and they said I can get refund. . I rang this morning and different story. The previous manager was so helpful and the current manager was not helpful. I don’t think I would recommend this quest with the current staff.
