3 Best Mattress Stores in Melton VIC

The new Melton Store is great! Looking for a mattress was super stressful until Ruth took us under her wing. She was knowledgable, accomodating and super friendly! The Customer service was 10 out of 10; the cherry on top of the mattress that we purchased from them! Really highly recommend these guys.

Went in today to browse the store, all the staff were super friendly and helpful! Very comfortable mattress selection. Happy to have such a nice new place come to Melton! Shoutout to Richard who helped me out with all the questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable.

Customer service is quite important to me. Particularly when making a big purchase. The guys in store today went above and beyond. And made my time in store excellent. Special mention to the girls Ash, Ruth and Candy.

Vance and his team have been fantastic every time we have been to his store. Nothing is too difficult, they are friendly and attentive and are welcoming and willing to help. Their stock is great quality and very well priced. I highly recommend them and am sure you will get a great deal and have a good experience dealing with them.

Purchased our bed from here and the service was A+ . Staff so friendly . Price was already excellent however staff gave a further discount which just topped it of. Thanks guys for making our shopping experience a great one.

Ben at Snooze Melton is a gem of a person and a star Sales guy too. He helped us during our recent purchase of a King Bed and mattress and truly assisted us by keeping our interest & comfort ahead of everything which resulted in a good purchase. His advice was professional and honest and he gave us a lot of time without rushing in to anything. He also assisted with giving us a great deal and his after sales service was excellent! He ensured he was available at all times to answer our questions and even after the sale, he helped with any issues we had. He is your go to person for anything you may need. Ben was excellent with helping me find the right mattress plus. No sales pressure and, basically just great customer service. After sleeping on a 20yr old plus, mattress my joints needed better care. Which led me to purchasing a Tempur mattress with adjustable base. Within a week I had my new bed delivered, set up and, the old mattress taken away. All in the cost. With a few extras thrown in. What a lovely surprise and, gesture by the Staff at Melton Snooze. They were also extremely helpful after sale and, delivery. Hence the five star rating. Thanks to Jordan and Sam too.

Ben helped my partner and I find a mattress that suits us both and within our budgets, after a couple of weeks on the mattress it is the best purchase we have made so far.
