“Tannum on the Beach Motel is a family-owned and operated hotel with 14 semi-inclusive motel rooms. Their rooms and suites have a balcony with an ocean view, a patio with a view of the saltwater swimming pool, or a gazebo garden. Tannum on the Beach Motel has cosy and pleasant, quiet surroundings where you can hear the waves lapping at the shoreline. The hotel has a lovely, crystal-clear outdoor saltwater pool that is open all year-round. They also provide free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The hotel is an 11-minute walk from the Coral Sea, 12.9 minutes from the Tondoon Botanic Gardens, and 50 meters from the beach via their beautiful Millennium Esplanade. Tannum on the Beach Motel offers a variety of rooms, from queen rooms with a queen bed and a 2-seat couch, twin share rooms with a queen bed and a single bed, as well as their family suite, which is 2 rooms; one room with a queen bed and a 2-seat couch and in the other room, 2 single beds.

2025 Update: All their rooms are fully equipped with a kitchenette including mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware. They provide free undercover parking for all guests.”

TANNUM ON THE BEACH MOTEL REVIEWS

Location could not be better. You can hear and see the sea. The seafront has been enhanced very well and looks great. The motel pool is well kept and just right if you have small kids (or even large ones!). The room and property is clean and very well maintained. The owners are welcoming and friendly too.

Great first stay in Tannum. Room and complex very clean and tidy. Has everythint you need. Location very convenient, so close to the beach you can hear the ocean sounds from your room. Managers very lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you again for my lovely relaxing stay.

Very Clean and comfortable - stayed 10+ days. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. WIFI worked well. Location is a 1 minute drive to the Tannum Sands beach. Lots of places to eat nearby.

COMFORT HOTEL PARKLANDS CALLIOPE REVIEWS

When I got there I think I got the very last room in the complex. I was expecting this would be the worst room. It was spotlessly clean, very well set up, enormous, and a very very reasonable price. Front desk was just awesome and was clearly motivated by a love of the business and customer satisfaction. I will be planning a stopover here from now on for all of my Nth/sth East coast trips.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with a comfy bed and good shower pressure (it’s the little things!). No meals on weekends but easy walk to servo with good meals and Maccas for the kids. No microwave in the room but not really a problem. Really enjoyed our stay. Already booked a room on the return trip. Highly recommend.

Stayed here overnight. A stop over while travelling through to Brisbane. Lovely clean cottage/cabin. Light and airy inside. Bathroom is clean with an oversized shower with plenty of hot water. Will stay again!

Unfortunately it was raining when we stayed in the Boyne Island villa, so it was lucky we had so much space and undercover parking.|The villa was spotless with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The owners were very pleasant and the beach with all the shells on it was just beautiful!|I would definitely stay again.

Room was really good, comfortable beds, shower was excellent best shower I have ever had the pressure was so good, staff are ever so friendly, me and my family will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable and was situated in a fantastic area.

Clean, comfortable room. Quiet and relaxing. Room a little dated but everything you need, very comfortable bed and hot shower. Table, cutlery and crockery provided with microwave and adequate sized fridge so self catering easy. Staff friendly and great location next to the beach.
