From my initial contact with TRAC mid-December enquiring about my installation needs of a wall split system, prompt communication went back and forth so that I had insights and an understanding of size and brands of unit I should research to purchase, as well as advised of a potential VEU financial rebate. Although TRAC sell units, I purchased elsewhere because I needed a repayment plan. My research was complete and made my purchase. As soon as I took delivery of the purchase, and TRAC reopened business in the new year, I immediately advised them that I am ready for the installation when it suited them, and they offered installation the next day as they were working in my area. I was surprised and keen, and quickly accepted their offer. Although TRAC are not the warranty agent for the unit I purchased, they do provide warranty on their installation. Brendan and his team were prompt, professional, courteous and positively engaging. Any questions I had were answered easily, and their workmanship was carried out quick, clean and followed to my requirements and their suggestions. The payment invoice, VBA Certificate of Compliance and Certificate of Electrical Safety were received the next day. From my initial enquiry everyone on the TRAC team has provided excellent prompt information and advice regarding choosing the best options for my needs. This meant a few separate units, which have provided a good performance vs cost situation, rather than one large unit. The install crew arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and professional, installed and commissioned ahead of schedule, and cleaned up after. The improvement in internal climate has been greatly appreciated.
