I just wanted to let you know how my life has changed since my hypnotherapy session with you. As you know I was suffering from long term anxiety and stress when I came to see you and I was really quite a mess. I found you to be caring and compassionate and I felt safe in your office which was particularly important for me. Your approach to therapy was insightful and you seemed to understand what was going on for me and the unhelpful patterns I was running. I really felt you had a clear awareness of what was going on in my life and with this you seemed to tailor the session specifically for me. I have been to Treena I think 4 times over the last couple years. mostly for kinesiology and one hypnotherapy session. Every visit has had a positive effect on me. In particular, the hypnotherapy. After this session I felt like the positive self beliefs I needed were integrated into my life. It became less often that I would fall into old patterns and behaviours I was able to move in the direction I knew I wanted without holding myself back.
