The Optometrist was so nice and I appreciated him explaining every bit of the eye exam/test, as it was my first one. I am excited to get my glasses and not as nervous anymore. Thank you for making the experience actually fun, rather than bad haha.

Just recently went into the Albury store again to get my new prescription glasses. I had the best time- the optometrist was super helpful and friendly in explaining why I needed new updated prescriptions and the other staff on the floor helped me pick up the best new styles. I also needed my current pair re-adjusted due to a loose screw which wasnt able to be fixed. Once the team had a few people try they opted to give me new frames for free that they had onsight to make up for them snapping. I was extremely happy with this and can’t recommend the store or team more!

All the staff in the center, regardless of their specialties, are friendly and cooperative, and the service is excellent. I have visited several eye examination centers, but this center is the best by far. Thank you.

My first time at OPSM for an eye test, I usually go go a another store. Extremely impressed. Both the reception lady who did my pretest and the optician (Mia) were fantastic. The test itself was the most comprehensive I have had ever. I did not want to buy glasses today and was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure at all. I will return for sure.

Repeat customer of OPSM Albury. Selecting the right frame was made very easy by Albert, who has a great knowledge of frames available and knew which frames would be right for me. My new glasses are very easy to wear and comfortable from the start.
