After listening to one of Glenda’s information videos, I tried the technique she suggested, and it was amazing! For the first time in my life after I was triggered, i was able to simply notice the physical feelings, and connect with the thoughts and pain which came with it. After only 5 minutes, the feelings and pain went away, leaving me content and happy! Thanks For sharing your wisdom Glenda!

Glenda has a gentle and level-headed approach that makes everyone feel calm and cared for in her presence. I jokingly call her ‘Glinda the Good Witch’. Her live videos are fantastic and so generous of her to give her time freely in this way to build emotional wellness and awareness in the community. Thank you Glenda.
