It was amazing, I was a "grazer" ate all day every day. Ate everything. After my 4 sessions of Virtual Gastric Banding I now eat 3 small meals a day. The change in eating started after the first session. I am more motivated an have heaps of energy. This was the best decision I have ever made and the results are amazing. As I said to Pamela after every session "Amazing" I have lost nearly 9kg's in 6.5 weeks.

It was the easiest way I have ever lost weight. I had never been hypnotised and I was initially a little sceptical about it. It was very relaxing and I actually realised that my arthritic hands were less painful as well after the session. I have lost 6 kg's in 6 weeks and continue to lose weight. 9 kg's to go to the new me. Thank you Pamela.
