My experience with the audiologist at Melton Specsavers has been excellent.The customer service was outstanding, and the variety of products was exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleased with the service I received from Peter who went above and beyond to help me find the right item. His cheerful manner along with his attention to detail is impeccable. He is always available to help when needed. Well done.

We have bought multiple frames from Specsavers Melton branch and always had a wonderful service. Even when we had to return the frames for some reason, they have gone out of the way to help with warranty and customer service. Recommend this branch.

Very good experience. Every time I have had a problem with my glasses they gave me all different options to choose from to either replace or to buy new pairs. Once again very much recommend and am very pleased with today’s experience.

OPSM Melton has the best optometrist. She adjusted a prescription in a thorough test and provided advice about something no one had picked up prior to seeing her, and I'd seen somone else at a competitor 6 months ago. Melton OPSM is now my go to for a superior optometry exam.

Amazing customer service from the OPSM Staff in particularly Carla who helped me select my new frames and place my order, greatly appreciated.

Great Clinic, Dr Mario was very attentive to detail thus noticing an area of concern within my eyes and providing a referral to my doctor for blood tests. Two other optometrist in the past 1 week missed this area of concern. This is really a family business and isn’t about quick turnover like other major optometrists operate. Thank you - this will be my first choice moving forward.

Mario and the staff are friendly and the shop is set up very well i have had my glasses for 7 year I would highly recommend anyone to go get there glasses from Mario.
