I can not promote Faye enough! For a long time I had a specific fear and had been stressed and anxious as to how I was to overcome it. I was initially skeptical as I thought it was akin to spending money on a diet that didn't work. Further, there are all kinds of connotations to hypnotherapthy and I didn't want to end up "quacking" like a duck. I contacted Faye and we did the sessions via Zoom during the COVID....I am glad I did. Not only did she assist me with my fear (after the first session!!!) she assisted me in learning how to relax and ease my stress! I have one more session to go and have numerous friends interested. I am glad I made the decision to contact her..........all I can say is she phenomenal.

Faye is amazing. She helped me not only work out what the heck my mental blocks were. She helped me easily get past my own BS so I can release my potential. I have so much more focus, clarity and confidence now as well as feeling calmer. She is easy to talk with, relate able and genuine. I look forward keeping in touch in the future.

My hypnosis sessions with Faye were just what I needed to help me deal with my inability to sleep right through the night or to sleep in.

Helen was fantastic and given that it was my first hypnosis session she made me feel very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in need of help for anything from addiction to help dealing with trauma.
